Our unique approach to anti-counterfeiting combines several key features to create a robust and efficient system. Each one of our tamper-resistant, security seals is linked to our online platform — forming an integrated, closed loop system.
Each one of our tamper proof, security seals features a visible QR code and serial number, along with a hidden verification code. All seals are custom branded with your company logo and designed to fit your brand and packaging. We offer design services at no cost, or you can provide your own design if you prefer. All our seals include multiple layers of security, ranging from 3D effects to embedded hidden features.

We’ve implemented several unique, key features that make our seals copy-proof and allow us stop reproduction or duplication attempts.
Our patented 2-step verification process provides two layers of verification. Scan the QR code to view product information and complete the first verification step. Then, to complete the verification process, enter the hidden scratch off code to verify the authenticity of the product.
Our hidden scratch off verification code allows your products to be displayed publicly while preventing reuse or duplication of the seal.
With our One-time Use feature, serials can only be verified one time. The QR code can be scanned as many times as you want to view the product information, but once the hidden scratch off verification code has been entered and the product has been verified successfully, the product cannot be scanned or verified again. This prevent seals from being duplicated or reused.
With our LiveLabel® technology, you can update any serial at any time. Deactivate serials in real time in the case of lost or stolen batches. Any attempts to reuse a serial or copy a seal can immediately be stopped by deactivating that serial.
All our LiveLabel tags come with trademark protection. Our trademarks allow us to stop reproduction or duplication of any LiveLabel tag. We actively monitor for trademark infringement violations and our legal team will take action against any attempt to recreate or reproduce our seals.
We actively monitor your serials and are alerted when our system detects any suspicious activity. Your customers are also alerted if a serial has been flagged.
Our system monitors serials for irregular patterns that might lead to suspicious activity, such as reuse. When our system detects irregular activity, the serial is flagged for review by our internal team. If the serial activity is found to be suspicious, the serial will be deactivated.
Our system notifies us immediately when it detects any unusual activity. Your customer will also see an on screen warning notification if any unusual activity is detected with a serial. Notifications include high view count alerts and past verification history.
The LiveLabel platform uses an optional blockchain database layer to link your physical product with the digital world. Upon activation, serial numbers are recorded on the blockchain as NFTs, allowing product ownership to be transferred via the blockchain network.
